Each town has its perks. Any State fan that claims Starkville is a overall better town than Oxford is obviously delusional. But you are missing the point. I chose MSU over Ole Miss because it was a better fit for me. The town, the people, the school was overall the best fit for ME. Even though I stated Ole Miss is a better town, I would not choose it over MSU because of the love I have for the university.

Oxford is definitely an overall better town. The main reason for this is not PC so I won't say it, but to say it's not even close is a little dumb.
