Yeah. I'm not entirely sure how to do that in an efficient manner. I just used a chamfer on the edge and it did a uniform distance across the surface.

I just finished up the "outline" of the hilt and decided to assemble the blade to see how it looked. It came together really nicely, so I decided I would share. I think it will look really good once I go in and carve out the details there.

I'm using Solidworks.
