Tim Tebow for crying like a bitch and giving other fan bases shite to talk for years.

I wish Tom Hanks had been all like, "THERE'S NO CRYING IN FOOTBALL!!!"

Exactly. He shoulda told that pussy McCarron that also.

I know - 21-17. He's still a pussy.

Had so much respect for JoePa. Tried to explin to people that in the north it was 1. Joe Pa, a huge divide, then 2. Bear Bryant in terms of great CFB coaches.

I have more respect for Pat Dye now.

As for Bama, Andre "signing" with an agent a couple days before the Sugar Bowl hurt. Selfish.

Also, Letrell Sprewell. Wish we didn't have to claim him. Attitude, choking coaches, bitching about having to feed his kids as a reason to turn down a huge contract offer, baby's mamas, late child support, bankruptcy, etc.

As for other SEC "heroes."

Petrino - would have topped my list as a potential Saban replacement in 4-5 years.

Hines Ward - DUI in ATL even though he can afford a town car and every cabbie would probably drive him for free - not cool

Athletes are not heroes. Unless you're 12.

Sherman Williams. I wanted every running back that signed with Alabama to play like him. Was arrested on April 21, 2000, and charged with being the leader of a drug ring that authorities said had supplied as much as 1,000 pounds of marijuana to the Mobile area since 1998. Guy had a degree and played in the NFL, only to resort to this.

Loved Travis Ford growing up. After his bitchfest for not getting hired by UK after Tubby and just a general propensity to be an asshat I'm pretty put off by him at this point.
