And this is why I prefer to have a drink or two before bed, or some zquil. Without I just end up sitting in bed thinking. And it's not the like the thoughts are bothersome, they're just constant and I can't sleep. It's like my brain can't just turn off without help. It wouldn't bother me if I didn't need the sleep.
