Sounds to me like his predicament is that he knows LSU is a better environment to develop, dominate and then go pro, but his family/friends all want him to go to OM. So from a pure football standpoint, he might prefer LSU, but when you bring in all the personal stuff, he's pretty much an OM lock. He doesn't want to disappoint his family, I respect that.

Nkemdiche would be committed to LSU if not for his brother. His brother will get him to Ole Miss though, so it's moot.

Pretty much. OM fans can say "He's going to the pros no matter what" and that's true, but there is no doubt that LSU has developed better d-linemen in recent history. We get better players yes, but LSU develops them more as well. He would be a better player at LSU than at OM, IMO. Who wouldn't want to play next to Freak Johnson, Ego and Danielle Hunter?

All LSU has to do is hire his dad. Immediate lock!
