All Points Bulletin out for Manti Te'o

Authorities were alerted that Te'o was reported missing about 2 hours ago. Witnesses said they believe a large African American male in his early 20s may have been responsible for Te'o's disappearance.
Another witness claims the suspect was wearing a red football helmet and a white football jersey with a large red number 65 on it that did not completely cover his midsection.
