Just killed a double cheeseburger with a side of Lays BBq chips. Keeping it healthy by grilling the burgers and adding fresh lettuce, onion and tomatoes.

Oh, got in a little cardio this morning. I couldn't get a parking spot very close, so I had to hoof it a little farther than usual.

Cardio power and resistance. Way over did it on day one and am just now to day two of insanity.
