I'm not putting my stats on here b/c it feels too much like a dating auction? whatever that is.
I work out with a trainer 3 days a week. We do high intensity training focusing on my mid section, arse, and calves. I have had an elbow injury for 3 months and haven't been able to lift, but see a specialist today in fact. On the weekends I ride my Trek hybrid anywhere from 6-15ish miles. fricking hate running and only do as much as my trainer makes me.
Diet...I'm kind of hard core. I'm one of those annoying asses. Tofu, chicken (from an organic local farm) and salmon on occasion are the staples . I prepare almost all of my food and rarely eat out (only when I travel) b/c I avoid HFCS, casein, nitrates, nitrites, msg, (so nothing that says "natural flavorings lol. but this one is hard), obviously nothing processed or in a box, nothing bleached, and I could go on... lol. Breakfast is usually a bowl of steel cut oats with wheat germ followed with an almond milk, spinach, mixed berry, whey protein smoothie. I allow myself almonds and similar to snack on during the day.
I bet you guys think I'm a TON of fun, huh?

I've lived with my girlfriend-now-fiancee for three years now and it's much harder to stick with that kind of diet. I still eat healthily--fortunately she is a great cook and likes to eat well, too, but it's a little different. It's a lot harder to keep count of calories and she's the kind of magical cook that can grab random items off the shelves at the grocery store and create something really incredible. It's awesome, but it makes keeping track of things virtually impossible.
This was a long way to say that I don't judge you
