6' (just under) 170lbs
33 years old (on Tuesday)
Getting back into weight training after ~6mos off. Looking to build a bit of muscle while trimming the holiday fat.
Current regimen is 4-day rotation of:
-traps and legs and abs
-chest and tris and abs
-back and biceps
-abs
I workout from home, mostly with just a bench, dumbbells, and a pullup bar. Oh, for abs I use Wii Fit Plus.
I'll also start back up on the bicycle once it gets a bit warmer down here in Houston. I usually ride for speed for 30-45 min, but I need to up my distances as I'm doing the MS150 in April (first time).
Eta: no supplements

6'2" 266lbs originally, 260.2lbs as of this morning.
No current workout routine, looking at starting a body weight workout tonight. Bum bells and pull-up bar.

You're about my size.
Slightly less than 6', around 170. I'm 40.
Doesn't help to post my routine, I do a P90X'ish workout w/free weights and a pull-up bar. 4 days/week.
I run 2 miles 1/week.
Supplements:
Muscle Milk & a boatload of Antioxidants.
