Right now, my workout routines are limited compared to what I used to do because of work, but usually I pick something out of crossfit football or sealfit when I do get a shot about 4-5 days a week.
Goals are simply to maintain what I have done strength wise.
Supplements: Optimum Protein powder, vitamins, fish oil, flax oil, etc.

6'2"
258 lbs(pure sex appeal ladies)
Monday-Wed-Fri
15 min elliptical
Bench- 5x5 w/heavy weight
Curls-3x15 w/ medium weight
Flies-3x20 w/medium resistance(machine)
Military press- 3x10 w/55lb dumbells
Pulls- 3x15 w/ high resistance(machine you sit on and pull)
Bench Burn out- as many sets as u can with as many reps as you can. I start at 250 and work my way down to just the 45 lb bar. It's funny to watch as I barely get the bar up at the end.
Sunday-Tues-Thurs
45 min elliptical
I don't work my legs other than elliptical. I have enough issues finding jeans my legs will fit in as it is.

Is this intended as an accountability thread, too? If so, abs - it's happening.

Just joined the YMCA at Pinnacle in Rogers on Monday. NWA deal piggy has a 3 month special for a family that covers the $75 joining fee and normal $60/month for $127.00.

anyone use creatine?
I'm 6' 160 and rotate arms abs legs and cardio
I can workout an extra couple sets with it. After being on it for a week I'll get sick as shite and stop taking it for a week. I start back up on it every other week.
Am I fricking up my immune system from over-working or is it the creatine?
Is it just a waste of time and money?

I go to the gym five times a week. Alternating push and pulls:
push days:
5 set of bench
- 2 sets of 7x 205
-2 sets of 10x 185
-1 set of 135 till failure
3 sets of 10x dumbbell bench
3 sets of 10x butterflies
4 sets of 8x shoulder presses with dumbbells
3 sets 12x of side lateral raises
Pull days:
5 sets of 10x curls, alternating hammer and regular.
5 sets of wide-grip pullups, some with dip belt
4 sets of 13x rows
4 sets of barbell rows
Run a couple miles
I also go to bikhram yoga every once in awhile. It's freaking exhausting, man. Keeps me reasonably flexible and my spine straight. I also climb every now and then to keep my forearms in tiptop.
Every night I do this ab workout. No breaks.
90 crunches with legs elevated
2x 30 of the same, but targeting external obliques on each side
30 bicycles
Spell the ABC's with your toes elevated, as if you're doing flutter kicks
30 seconds of flutter kicks
Elevate your legs, touch your toes 30x
30 second break
(This part I change every time for diversity's sake, so pick something, do thirty.)
I have a badass protein powder if you guys are curious. The name escapes me.

Where are the racquetball courts in NWA? I know the HPER has courts, but are there any others in Fayetteville or Springdale?

I've been training indoors on my bike using TrainerRoad: My TrainerRoad Profile
I like it because I can get on it at any time.
So far I've lost over 15lbs (started 215lbs). I hate counting calories so I just cut out most carbs to reduce calories.

198 lbs

Not overweight really, just out of shape
Trying to slowly get back into shape mainly for heart health.
Hitting the treadmill about 3 times a week for about 70 minutes at 3 mph, started out faster but my knees didn't like it so I backed off.
