Not Colorado Ag, but this was in the Dallas Morning News this weekend.
He will be able to get all the coursework needed to graduate by the Summer (assuming he passes all his classes), and with the new rule, he will be able to transfer somewhere else and not have to sit out

The key thing is that he has to enroll in a graduate program not offered at A&M. (Example: Journalism)

Really surprised he didn't end up at Baylor or Tech, I wonder if it had anything to do with the players already on campus.
ETA: Interestingly enough, with his going to UTEP and being eligible next year he will have a chance to play in Kyle as a starter.
Wish him the best, a good kid and Aggie by all accounts.

I don't really hate Baylor, so I would have liked for him to end up there to fill Florence's shoes.
