What? You gumps have some distorted memory of your first meeting with A&m. Bama made A&M punt twice. , ALL GAME.
While Bama is a good team, they are not head and shoulders better than the rest of the top 6-7 teams. I know gumps will hate this but,had Bama had to play more than 2 of the top 5 SEC teams, they might have not win the west.

Ah the nat champ game was planned to get ND and Ala in it. Money money money. A&M is the best in the SEC.
