It's a tossup between him and Saban for #3. Spurrier probably ranks ahead of Saban by a small margin right now because he has more SEC championships and almost twice as many wins in the SEC but if Saban stays at Bama, he's going to pass him with ease.

Saban doesn't coach at the University of South Carolina.
