IMO the defenses are going to be the story of the game and Florida's D >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Louisville's D.

Florida actually has a competent, well coached offense with an identity, despite it's limitations. LSU does not.

Strange things have happened.

I feel that Louisville is viewing this as their Super Bowl, where Florida is like meh whatever....

If NIU plays FSU close tonight, I see this being a close game.

This site that uses the Log5 expected winning percentage algorithm has the Sugar Bowl as the most lopsided matchup, giving Louisville only a 13.8% chance of winning, the lowest of any bowl team

That site gave LSU a 75% chance of winning, and USC a 69% chance of winning.

[quote]Florida reminds me so much of 2008 Alabama, and we all know what happened that Sugar Bowl[/quote

Ahhhh quite different. Bama had gone undefeated and was ranked # 1 in the country for a while before losing a tough hard fought game to UF in the SECCG...Bama was still heartbroken when Utah waxed that azz....UF isnt heartbroken...we waxed that Florida State College for Women azz in the season finale.

Louisville..in spite of Strong is offensive minded and poor on defense...UF will not be too fancy and Boom loves to pound the ball...which we will and I expect Gillislee to have 150+ yds rushing. Say....UF 27 Louisville 13

I hope Florida's defense shows the media that Bridgewater isn't close to the talent that they claim he is

He hasn't faced a defense like they will tomorrow. We'll see what happens.

Agree to disagree. There was no identity there.
