Not my goal. It just seems like it would be a shitty work environment. How do you know you're getting a new AD? That will make a huge difference.

you keep saying it, but i still don't know why? A guy was a coach, left, came back to take the head coach position. It seems to me (without getting into the success or failure he may or may not have) that if it was a terrible place to coach he would have been happy keeping it in his rearview.
