I think it's a terrible culture. Fired a wildly successful Tuberville because he had one bad season and lost to Bama. Fired Chiz (though I understand) 2 years away from a MNC. It has to be a shitty atmosphere.

Please tell me exactly how this is in ANY way different than what you did to Cutcliffe -- The guy who went 44-29(29-23) at Ole Miss? He won consecutive 7, 7, 7, 10 at OM and throws up a single 4-win season the year after Eli graduates and is run out of town? Pot meet kettle on this one.
