I understand that you are from there, but people are leaving in flocks. The Delta is a joke to everyone outside of it. I have no reason to go there, unless I want to duck hunt.
According to the 2010 census, every county in the Delta lost population. Lamar and Forrest counties in which Hattiesburg is located had one the 2nd highest population growth in the State of MS.
