Well, if those big recruits are weed heads then no- they wont come here. If they are serious about working hard and getting better- then they will.

So if any kid has ever smoked weed or failed a single drug test you dont want him, regardless to how talented he is even if he is willing to work hard and get better.

Take Charles Rhodes for example, he had "Moultrie Knee" as a Fr along with Walter Sharpe and Gary Ervin. If he would have been on Ray's team he'd be gone now. Instead he was given a chance to straighten up and he worked hard kept his nose clean and turned into an all SEC player who averaged 17 and 8 for us his Sr year.

There's more than one way to skin a cat, bundy. If you are gonna be successful at anything, you have to set goals and make a plan. Ray is setting different goals and planning differently than Stans. Wonder why?

He recruited Denson, who was on probation. Damnit, Bundy. How many chances would you like him to give them?

Are you fricking dense? Link me to where Ray has a one strike policy? He gave a son of a bitch a chance who had ROBBED HIS OWN COACH and is on probation. He laid some ground rules down for him. He did not follow them. adiPHUCKINGos.

You have one positive example in Stands tenure. Shall I list the numerous failures?

Ray doesnt have a one strike policy. But he is not going to continue to let guys break rules. You cant run a successful program that way.
