The winner of the Oregon/Kansas State is a lock to finish in the top 5 so the easy answer to your question is no.

No. Bama will win the BCSNC and ND will be #1 in the AP.

No, ND is dropping below 4. Alabama, Florida, and Oregon if they win would be the teams with a chance to finish ahead of ND.
And yea if KState beats Oregon they'll be top 5.
Basically the final top 5 will likely be (in no particular order) Alabama, Notre Dame, Florida (if they win), winner of Oregon/KSU, and then a fifth TBD team. LSU, Stanford, A&M, Oklahoma, and Georgia could all fit depending on how the bowls unfold.

LSU only dropped to #2 last year when Alabama blew them out. Doubt they will drop out of top 5.

The butthurt will be strong for all the non SEC writers in the national media to keep an all SEC Top 5 from happening.
