I think that's the only thing pork I haven't cooked on this cooker besides bacon. No reason why just always see something at the butcher the entices me more I guess. I dig a good chop though. What temp do you typically cook yours at?

I don't buy 'em thin unless it's the only option. I put some olive oil and a good rub on them and go at 400 degrees. Takes 10-15 minutes usually.
