Aggy isn't good at buying gifts for athletes, a perfect example is Eric Dickerson driving a new Tran Am to SMU paid for by Aggy boosters...

Just because he is wearing it doesn't mean that he bought it.

He might have borrowed it from someone just to wear to the ceremony. It being on national TV, I'm sure like the other candidates he wanted to look his best.
