When the Bear came to Bama from A&M in 1958 it was going to be a whole lot for Ole Miss period! What if Darrell Royal had stayed at MSU where he started and not gone to UT and the Southwest Conference? Ole Miss won the SEC in 1960, 1962 and 1963. Yeah that was 3 times in the Bear's first 6 years but he took over after that.
