Would things have been different for Ole Miss?

If back in the late 50s and early 60s Vaught had allowed married players to play on his teams and he was progressive enough to be the first coach to recruit black players to play in the SEC?

Could this had been enough to stay ahead of the curve as far as Ole Miss' inherent disadvantages?

Would Ole Miss still be a powerhouse in the SEC as well as on a national scale had this taken place?

Ladies Home Journal was the only place where Ole Miss was considered dominant.
