If Gus hires Horton and they make Arkansas even 1/2 a priority they'll be so fricked.
They've got Alabama, Georgia, Florida right there to pull from.
If Horton starts landing 5 stars then that's all the proof I'll need that Gus is still running a dirty ship down there.
