I agree with your argument and I hate that aggressive play is being taken away from modern football. However SEC officials has said that a flag should have been thrown, so I am not sure you can just dismiss it as a "clean" hit.
But you can't suspend a kid when he didn't actually do anything illegal, he was just too rough. That's absurd.

I cannot disagree with that at all. I guess it all comes down to what Slive decides to do with this one.
