This question has been asked here a few times before.
Short version:
Short-Term-> Staying in Big 12 to run the table and get into the NCG would have been awesome.
Long-Term-> Opening 10-2 and beating the #1 team who may go on to win it all AND win the Heisman (maybe he doesn't get it playing in the 'weak defense' Big 12) is very much worth the short term loss to staying in Big 12.
We're going to be able to build more off this season than most realize I think. Sleeping giants and what not.
