I know there was a rumor about cheating on a test. I'm not sure how much that should weigh in the current case. If it was an analogous situation, I'd think he already gone. And we wouldn't be hearing anything but the aftermath.

I am staying slightly optimistic about this because if he did rape her, then how come charges weren't pressed? Surely in any case of rape, charges are pressed.
