Once is 1985 (I believe that was the year). C Bennett blind sided and crushed Steve Burhlein giving him a nasty concussion and knocking him out of the game early which bama went on to win. Game was at legion field.

I asked because I generally didn't know. I thought Texas and Notre Dame were the two schools that generally beat Alabama a good majority of the time.
