You can't play a championship game with that setup as you do not have two divisions playing a complete round robin.

The only way it works under NCAA rules is, with four pods:

A & B play a complete round robin (7 games per team, 3 from their pod, and 4 from the other pod that composes the division that year), one team in pod C, and one team in pod D. Similar for C & D, in that they play a complete round robin, and one school each from the other two pods.

You could then rotate the pods the next year so that A & C compose one division, and B & D the other.

That's the ONLY way pods work under NCAA rules. You must have the complete round robin within a "division" (even if the division changes yearly) in order to stage a championship.
