I read an article on this very subject in the Little Rock paper about a month ago and it basically said what I've been thinking for months now.

Stop selling your souls trying to find the next Nick Satan. How did the last big name mercenary work out?
Find a young, sharp coach like Sonny Dykes (just one example) that will BUILD a program and will STAY. A big name guy isn't going to fly into the XNA grass strip crop duster airport and make you a top 5 program for years. Do it the right way and not the quick way.
