Did Texas A&M's BCS hopes die tonight?

You have to imagine that 2 SEC teams other than the Aggies will be in the Top 4 after tonight.

Yes. Two teams from the SEC are virtually assured to finish in the top four of the BCS standings, and one of them won't be A&M. That's alright. Johnny will win the Heisman and we'll play in the Cotton Bowl.

Actually, by rule, aTm can get to the Sugar Bowl as a 3rd team if it's an all-SEC BCSCG. ND would have to lose, setting up a possible UA/UGA vs. Fla BCSCG.

Possibly, but Mizzou's hopes of absolutely anything regarding football died tonight. So I'll gladly trade them.
