which will be a huge NCAA violation, and likely cost him his eligibility. I hope this goes into extreme litigation and gets some changes to the stranglehold the NCAA has and how they rob kids.

South Park's slavery spoof on EA and the NCAA was pretty close. I bet Ed O'Bannon is chomping at the bit to use whatever happens in his lawsuit. I hate Ed O'Bannon for being a bitch, but I do agree with his POV, it's too bad it's not a benevolent one with him, he's trying to get paid.

The whole point in trademarking it is not to profit from it...but to keep someone else from doing so.

There's no end to the number of shitheads who will try this in Texas, sell one shirt, then report it to the Dallas Morning News to get Manziel rendered ineligible and A&M in trouble with the NCAA again.

Do not underestimate the pettiness and spite possessed by sips, raiders, bears, and everyone else in Texas who hates the Aggies.
