And sure, some of you knuckle heads will hold A&M responsible.. But let me ask you this.

Would you rather the streak fall at the hands of the SEC itself (A&M beating Bama), or a loss to say a Pac 12 or Big 12 team like Oregon or K-State in the national championship game?

Bama is very beatable this season (see LSU and A&M games). So to say that they would roll in and crush any team in the NCG would not be a given. Don't get me wrong.. I would have been cheering for Bama the whole way had they won tonight. It's just something to think about.

What say you SECr?

Anyone who is trying to complain about you guys beating Bama is just being a total bitch. If Bama was good enough to win a championship this year they should have beaten you, plain and simple.

The BCSCG isn't a fricking entitlement. If Bama were better they would have beaten y'all. They weren't. They lost.

I don't give a shite about the streak. I just don't want to see shitty arse ND in the BCSCG. Seriously.

If you can't run the gauntlet then you don't whine about not winning it all.

With a month to prepare, Alabama would beat Oregon, KSU or ND (the last two easily).

Going from playing LSU's offense one week to Texas A&M's the next was more than probably any team could handle.

I do believe the SEC's chances are significantly reduced now. It's ok though, all good things must come to an end. Congrats aTm on a HUGE win for your program and an impressive win on any scale. I just wish we could have been the team to knock off Bama.

I would root for any sec team in the title game save for Bama.

I'd root for Nazi Germany over Bama.

I still think Bama curb stomps A&M if they didn't have to play LSU last week in a very tough and emotional win. But hey..that's life in the SEC.

Oregon will lose to Stanford, and ND to USC. The winner of the SEC title game beats K State. Easy peasy.

I'd always rather be in the NC game, than not make it. Win or lose.

Who cares if you are aTm you play to win your games. In 2001 LSU with 3 losses derailed Tenn in the SECCG, great win for LSU couldn't care less about "the best interest of the league".
