I think he's a great guy but he got his dream job and failed. No one to blame but himself.

No - he's a shitty person but the sheep in the UT fan base think he's a good guy as well because he has a southern accent, has nice hair, and say "britches" and wears orange pants. In reality he's a prick and is going to make a lot of money for the most embarrassing 3 seasons in UT football history.
