It seems like the guy cant catch a break.

I do. I think he is probably a great guy.

He is a shitty coach. He got a break when he parlayed a shitty season at Louisiana Tech into the Tennessee job. Daddy can't do everything for him.

No.
Only reason he got a head coaching job is because of Vince and Saban.

He needs one more year.

No. He's getting paid damn good money to not have a SEC win this season.

I don't feel sorry for anyone who is making the kind of money he is. Dude is set for life if he never coaches another down. He can hang out his shingle and practice law and generally not give a rat's arse about anything and be just fine.

Good man, did his job but in over his head. Time to go.

naw. he hasn't done shite for 3 years and he's walking away with $11 million. (2 mil for 3 years + 5 mil buyout).
I wish I was lucky enough to land a job like that and retire right away.

He is about to get paid 5 million dollars for absolutely nothing... Hard to feel sorry for the guy.

This. Just like Joker, they are both seemingly good guys, but the head coaching ability isn't there. Not quick enough on their feet to make the decisions needed to change the course of a game.

Maybe a little, he should have never been hired by Tennessee in the first place. They got desperate and settled for a coach is was in over his head.

The worst part is that he is not even a good guy, he is an entitled blueblood a-hole, he can go to hell for all I care

No. Dude is a millionaire now and had a shot at the top of college football. He would walk away rich and having done something few ever will.

I think he's a great guy but he got his dream job and failed. No one to blame but himself.

No - he's a shitty person but the sheep in the UT fan base think he's a good guy as well because he has a southern accent, has nice hair, and say "britches" and wears orange pants. In reality he's a prick and is going to make a lot of money for the most embarrassing 3 seasons in UT football history.

How can you feel sorry for a guy who wears those God forsaken pants??
