I broke down & used the Google machine.
Looks like they're all privately owned. Not a surprise.
Would love to see College Station--built entirely around a train station/railroad tracks--offer SC the most sincere form of flattery (and of course, always acknowledge the original article) by imitating the Cockaboose idea. Unfortunately, I don't think we have the room along our tracks. They literally run through the center of campus.
