I'm not sure how much it weighs on this team, but as a program, the fact that our players tend to stay out of any kind of big trouble is obviously huge. I think a team of good-talent, high-character guys could beat a high-talent, low-character team. Not that Bama players necessarily have "high" character

I think that having quality leaders makes it less likely that guys get in to trouble off the field. I also think that playing so many players in those early season games helped with team chemistry. The older guys were rooting for the younger guys to make plays. That is just so positive on so many levels.

If you listen to Bama's players talk to the media, it is astounding what good representatives they are for the U of A. Barrett Jones appears on CFB daily (ESPNU) every Monday on skype. He is a great ambassador for CFB and the U of A.
