Erv was fearless and was good in his time here but his height was a defensive liability. We won't have as many issues if Scottie's at PG.

Well, so far I see improvements on Yeguete, and Murphy. Boyton is great, Rosario is a wild card, and Patric continues to be an enigma.
We need Prather and Scottie back, the sooner the better.

Can't really comment on the freshmen yet.

So Prather is the starting SF for the year?? Yuegette is gonna be our high energy bench player?? Rosario needs to step it up this year, dude has been a huge disappointment.

Decent first half. Too many turn overs.

I can't believe I want to see Prather play after last year but he was great in the NCAA tourney. I don't know what to make of Rosario anymore. He can be really careless with his play. Yeguete is great. I wish we had him in the tourney last year

If Wilbekin can average 7 assists and 2 or fewer turnovers on the year, this team has real potential. I'm worried about him being our primary ball handler & distributor.....

Doubt he will.

Yuguete's offense in the 1st half was really nice. Hes obviously worked on that part of his game ever since his foot injury ended his season early last February.

It's just the first game but Rosario still looks lost out there like he did most of last year. I hope something just clicks for him this year, but I'm not seeing it.

I just don't think he's very good at all. Didn't watch him play at Rutgers, but he hasn't shown me anything @ UF. Can't shoot, can't drive, not very athletic.....just doesn't do anything well. Hope he reads this and proves me wrong

Not getting my hopes up though......

The main issue is that he can't play defense at ALL.

AND he turns it over ALOT.

I think this game could be called. Condensation appearing rapidly on the court.

Van Gundys teeth are way too white.

Teams are given a few more minutes to warm up because of the condensation.

Game called. Shame really. But player safety is the most important thing.

I don;t think they're counting it as a win or loss for either team.
