My opinion is they got demoralized after the missed FG gave good field position.
I am sure somebody has said this, but while watching the game I said before the missed FG Miles should punt and pin Bama deep. A FG changes nothing on the W-L.
Did Miles pull out too many gimmicks? onside kick after 2 straight 3 & outs? I think so. Bama got nothing after the failed onside kick. I get it. I'm just sayin...

u do realize the ball was on the 28 yard line? You would have to pooch it and even then not sure it would go out of bounds. I am not a punter so I guess it could be done.
