Yeah working under Saban most of your career and then moving to HC at a rebuild job like UK is a big step. I understand he has had success recently, but I think that it is easier to be successful at that job than HC at UK.

I agree. I'm not sure a "up and coming" young coach wants to step in here right now. Could be a career ending decision.

That is why in the back of my mind I think Mitch will go with someone older who's either not looking for the next job, or just simply close to retirement who will focus on making UK better.
Fulmer seems more and more like a viable option, especially if he brings Chavis with him, and keeps Sanders for continuity for our young offense.
