Well, to be fair he did destroy Razorback football, he is going to end up getting us kicked out of the SEC and having us begging for the Sunbelt to take us in. Of course we will be dominated in the Sunbelt as well because morals are more important than wins to Jeff Long.

Well i probably just put the nail in the coffin of my membership at the Ville.

My response to a guy who said Davis, Gundy, Tubs, and Strong were not solid hires.

It comes forth from a poster named duckman and his desire to hire Jon Gruden. I believe where there is smoke there is fire and it is quite possible that Gruden was at the game today but I do not believe he was.


this may be a ploy to sink Long for hiring another bowden.

Yeah but this is getting out of hand, Jeff Long really has no business running or trying to be an AD at a SEC school much less Arkansas. Petrino would still be the coach if we were Alabama or LSU and we would be playing in another BCS bowl. I have never believed Duckmans posts and I think he got banned when his Gruden BS got out of hand on hogville. I mean come on he knows the driver who drive them to the game and then back to the airport to fly to NO. Bullchit.

I think we get a Patterson or Tubbs type hire someone with connections to Texas and wanting to get into the SEC. Jeff Long has pissed a lot of powerful boosters off when his crap. I doubt he recovers from it.

I think this Gruden thing blew up from the meeting Gruden and Long had in Dallas before MNF game. It was on the plane just like MA and BP. That is how he JL rolls and I know for a fact it happened because reporters saw the plane and Gruden get on it. Then neither side denies the other reports of them talking so people imaginations run with Long must have hired him. This he did not do, I think it was more a meet and greet orchestrated by Daly. Long probably got some advise and that was that.
