But they do have an entire roster dripping with NFL talent

These freshmen and sophomores will go on to be NFL stars, but they're still just freshmen and sophomores. They're not at the level now that they will be when they reach their ceiling.

And you know who else's roster is dripping with NFL talent? An NFL teams. Like..at every position, 2 deep!

Btw, Saban took a roster of NFL players and coached against other NFL teams and wasn't very successful, what makes anyone think he could take a roster of 18-21 year old college kids and play against an NFL team and be successful? Or stay within 40?

Actually he took a 4-12 Miami team and went 9-7 in 2005. QB issues in 2006 led to a 6-10 season.

Well, probably because this team at The University is better than the teams he had at Miami.

Was he ever a 24pt underdog while coaching the Dolphins?
