You're forgetting that you probably win that game provided Freeze didn't have a Merlins vs. LSU '09 moment.

You are correct, sire.
I just wish this damn game was at night. Our entire student section will probably still be throwing up at 11 am.

If they had punted, we still would have scored. Plenty of time.
And, again, you probably don't want to count on getting 6 turnovers. And we are better than we were when we played Ole Miss.

And if you lose by more points I don't assume that means we are better if that's the angle you're assuming. Can't compare how one team plays another. We should have killed Arky if that was true. I thought we had a great game plan and our 4-2-5 puts a lot of speed on the field

I'm a big believer in going for it on fourth down, but the playcall was awful to go with the massive risk. At least we're willing to roll the dice. Ole Miss isn't going to win numerous games without having some boldness.
For your game against A&M, they make mistakes and turn the football over. State just has to limit mistakes and play their game.

Sad but true.
We did turnover JFF 6 times, but it's not like we got tore up in between. The last 6 mins were the most epic of failures.
To beat JFF - rush 3 or 4, keep him in the pocket, and make him throw to beat you. LSU did it and it worked. We did it and it worked, LSU just had better athletes to seal the deal.
