What about Mingo, Minter, Copeland, etc?

Better question is, who were the other 16 starters, and where are they now?

Here is a snippet of the article I read on Tigerbait...

"So, the championship run is about to begin for LSU. Are the Tigers ready for such a stretch?

First, this LSU team is not as efficient as the won which won its first 13 games year ago. The personnel losses have made that difficult to happen.

Of the 22 players who started the BCS title game against Alabama last January, only six were in the starting lineup against the Aggies - Odell Beckham, P.J. Lonergan, Bennie Logan, Barkevious Mingo, Kevin Minter and Eric Reid. There's no Chris Faulk, no Alex Hurst, no Josh Williford, no Tyrann Mathieu.

Freshmen are playing key roles - Trai Turner, Vadal Alexander, Jeremy Hill, Lamar Louis, Jalen Mills, Jalen Collins and Micah Eugene. The reload- not-rebuild type of thinking has surfaced in the LSU program.

We'll find out during the month of November if this Tigers squad has what it takes to win a championship. The defense is good enough. The offense, particularly the passing game, must make improvement. But, no one can ask for anything more. LSU is in position to win a title "
