What do you mean? I was trying to point out that transferring schools gives Paige the best chance to drastically improve his GPA because he will have the opportunity to re-take some of the core classes that are currently dragging down his GPA.
I mean that part I highlighted, you know the part you made up

UNC and Auburn are the only 2 instances of alleged academic fraud for athletes that I'm aware of. I'm sure there have been others though.

Oh there have been plenty, its just nice that Bama fans always think of Auburn. near and dear to your hearts and minds

What the hell are you talking about? What exactly did I make up? That Pruitt wanted Paige to transfer to Foley so he could get his GPA up?

Here are some quotes form the link in the OP:

quote:

“He then proceeded to tell me that at Foley HS Darius could make up 7 core classes in one year,” the post said, referring to Pruitt

quote:

According to the documents, Faucheaux told investigators one of the reasons Pruitt wanted Paige to transfer to Foley was he believed the senior’s core GPA to be a 1.66.

quote:

Schellang and Faucheaux both said during the investigation that Pruitt said Foley could “take care of Paige academically.”

quote:

He added that he was concerned he wouldn’t qualify if he stayed at Washington, noting Alabama does not have the FCAT (Florida's Comprehensive Assessment Test) and “some other stuff.”

According to the report, Pruitt said he advised the player to go to Foley because he could take seven core credits during the normal school day during his senior year.

Whether or not you believe that academics are the true reason Paige transferred, it's sure as hell not like Ijust made it up.

Sorry, didn't realize it was such a sensitive subject. I'll just mention the UNC case in the future so as not to offend you.
