Haven't heard a thing about him lately.

Not the man, just the hype

Yes. He thought he had swagger, but he was mistaken.

No, LSU just made his arse quit.

Auburn will resuscitate him.

gave him a big hard corndog and told him to GTFO

Not at all ... it is just we don't want to remind Auburn how badly he is going to own them. It isn't polite to pick on the less fortunate.

Nah. Keith Price (UW) is a fine QB but has no horses on his team. JFF has a few and 25-19 is what it is, a tight game. Objectively speaking, how would A&M be doing with AJ or anyone else at the helm? Any better?

Johnny boy found out what its like to play an actual defense

The kid is a freshman, for crying out loud. Heck, a freshman QB almost led a new SEC team to a victory over mighty LSU. If I were a Bama fan, or LSU fan, I would be worried for the next couple of years. This guy is going to be a great one.

We'll see if LSU didn't kill the entire team. Last time we played A&M they had their only good season in ages. That year they actually won significant games at home!!! Something harder to spot than Bigfoot on the A&M campus.
LSU crushed them in the Cotton Bowl and the
following season went from pre season high ranking to coach fired.

He had to feel like he was in a car wreck the next day.
Told little man to grab his frickin ankles.

29/56, 276yds, 0td, 3int[1].
17 runs for 27 yards.
A red shirt freshman against the #3 ranked defense in football did better than any other QB against them so far this year.
He (and the team) did about as well as I hoped. Taylor Bertollet still has some growing to do. Obviously our defense could use plenty of help and our running backs are still pretty much MIA in this offense.
How's that for a moral victory sunshine pumping post?
[1] That ball that popped up off the receiver straight into the air is not on the QB even though it goes against his stats.

LSU used the same gameplan we did (rush 3, make him throw) and it worked. They just had the athletes to seal the deal and we didn't.
Bama might actually kill him... TBD.
