It really isn't even close. Bama in a landslide.

Does this include our 2nd and 3rd string who played extensively during the first 5 games?

Bama's 2nd and 3rd string have played more than yours. Every game this year Bama has played has been OVER by the 3rd quarter.

Duh. These are TEAM statistics. CFB does not have individual statistics for passing yards, et. cet.

It includes all passes attempted against the MSU team this season.

Yes, Alabama hasn't been able to build depth in the secondary with all those #1 classes. Furthermore, our average score of 41-8 hasn't afforded us the opportunity to play reserves.

What does it look like against common opponents?

I thought we were talking about secondaries only? Also keep putting that out there, I can't promise a win but State will not quit like UT did.

Well, apparently ASU has a better secondary than Alabama.

Bama wins if you're including depth. We have a better starting 4.

Read the topic header. The passing stats are all I'm interested in as that is all that was addressed in the original post.

Or you don't have to pass to score on them. Oregon rushed for 406 yards against them.

Milliner >>> Banks

Milliner is first CB taken in the NFL draft, and he is just a junior.

Banks is the second corner taken, but he is a senior.

Also depends on the type of offenses you played. Id also venture to say that Bama's all world front 7 helps out in the pass defense more than MSU's. MSU's CB tandem is better
