The carpentry repairs & remodeling needed to widen doorways would be prohibitive along with the purchase of new weld bonded furniture...that should be considered when offering contract.
An ideal coaching combo would be Mangino with Cheeseburger Charlie Weis was OC. Only need one set of repairs and remodeling.
