Chavis is the only coach I would want from that entire staff.

Chavis is past his prime and is really working with extraordinary talent. He said he was stunned when he saw all the defensive talent that The Hat had stock piled. When he was at UT they got blistered with those players.

and he is doing a great job with that talent. Without the Chief, I'm not sure Les would even still be at LSU right now.

would Darth Visor be welcome in Athens, if he came as a savior?

I think that The Hat is a better coach than people give him credit for. Yea, he pulled a Richt in the NC game last year and made me feel sympathy for LSU fans but frick that, we have been going through that since 2001. Most of the time he is about as unpredictable as a rattlesnake with a case of the claps! His problem is he has been going conservative and trying to lean on his defense and I give full credit to Chavis for that. Marky called Chavis and he laughed, he also thought that shuffling the deck furniture on the titanic was not his style.

Saban and whatever staff he happens to pull together would be better than any combination of staff we have ever had.

Yep and after the First SEC Championship all of Athens wouldnt even remember how much they hated him... same with Urban or anyother corch... if he came here... all of Dawg Land would be covered in red and black Visors.

I would have to agree. He is ruthless and wins at all cost. He pulls in talent year after year and keeps his players in check along with the staff.

But alas we will never know.

Bama. frick Spurrier. In the mouth. If (and we all know it will never happen) he were to be Georgia's coach I'd have to give it up and root for Army full time. Beat Navy, bitches!!!

I'd take Darth Visor's.

I just threw up a little; but we'd be winning.
