Genro,
I do have a naturally sweet scent. I've been able to go a week without deodorant and still smell very good.
However, my left armpit always perspires more than my right. My right armpit hardly ever perspires. Therefore, if I'm having a particularly stressful day at work, I'll know because my left armpit will start to smell a bit rank.
That's why I keep backup deordorant in my car...just in case my left armpit starts to act up.

have you gotten that looked at by a physician?
